Hi girls. We won't be having our running group this week. Please repeat the homework from last week. This will give you an opportunity to catch up if you are behind.
TRAINER TIP:
Take it easy this week. Complete the assigned distances but use this week to take it easy on speed. This will give your body a little rest and a well needed break.
The Rockin' Runners of Livermore is a group of everyday women who work hard to accomplish extraordinary tasks! We train once a week together by running a designated distance and then we complete our "homework" throughout the week so that we are ready for our workout the next week. We have developed lasting relationships and genuinely enjoy being together!
